Peter has been involved in the construction industry since 1966 having worked as a building cadet,estimator, contract manager before becoming Regional Manager Auckland in 1986. He has been Manager of the NZ Building Division since 2002.

Role of Inspection Bodies with regard to cranes - Neil Trilokekar,SGS M & I NZ Ltd.
Neil did his marine engineering apprenticeship in Bombay and has worked as a marine engineer in Norway & Singapore. Also worked as a ship repair engineer and technical superintendent before joining SGS in 2001 as an engineer surveyor and crane inspector.

Crane business in China - Eric Etchart, Executive Vice President Asia Pacific, Manitowoc Crane Group.Eric has been involved with the lifting industry for most of his working life and was formerly Export Manager for PPM which make the Reach Stacker.

When Terex bought PPM Eric joined Potain and worked in Italy before moving to Singapore to look after the Asian market. Potain was taken over by Manitowoc who in turn bought Grove Mobile Cranes and Eric was appointed Executive Vice President for Asia Pacifi c and is now located in China.
